Australia debates restrictions on US PVC

CANBERRA, AUSTRALIA (June 16, 11:15 a.m. ET) -- The Canberra-based Australian Customs and Border Protection Service (ACBPS) is investigating whether anti-dumping measures, implemented to stop U.S. manufacturers exporting PVC at prices less than the resin’s normal value in Australia, should continue.
Argentina initiates review on radial ball bearings

On May 30, 2011, the Government of Argentina, by means of Resolution 172/2011, opened a review procedure of the antidumping measure imposed by Resolution 83/2002 and confirmed by Resolution 399/2006 to imports of radial ball bearings of a diameter between 30mm and 120mm (excluding the RST type) from the People´s Republic of China (N.C.M. 8482.10.10).
