USITC Will Conduct Expedited Sunset Reviews Concerning Certain Polyester Staple Fiber From Korea And Taiwan

The U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC or Commission) has voted to expedite its five-year ("sunset") reviews concerning the antidumping duty orders on certain polyester staple fiber from Korea and Taiwan (Inv. Nos. 731-TA-825 and 826 (Second Review)).
