On July 05, 2023, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 1704/QĐ-BCT on the initiation of an anti-dumping investigation on PC strands imported from Malaysia, Thailand, and China (AD17).

On September 21, 2021, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 2171/QĐ-BCT on initiation of anti-circumvention investigation on cane sugar originating from Thailand through Laos, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia and Myanmar (AC02.AD13-AS01).

On September 1, 2021, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 2091/QD-BCT on initiation of anti-dumping investigation on imports of certain tables and chairs originating from People's Republic of China and Malaysia (AD16) 

On August 14, 2023, Komite Anti Dumping Indonesia (KADI) initiated an anti-dumping investigation on Polypropylene Copolymer products originating or imported from Korea, UAE, Malaysia, Singapore and Vietnam.

On August 11, 2023, The European Commission (EC) issued a notice initiating an investigation on anti-circumvention measures of anti-dumping and anti-subsidy duty applied on Stainless steel cold-rolled flat products imported from Vietnam, Taiwan (China) and Turkey.

On August 7, 2023, the United States Department of Commerce (DOC) announced the initiation of an investigation into the scope review of steel wheels imported from Vietnam.
