5. Decision on temporary imposition of anti-dumping measures

On April 15, 2022, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 706/QĐ-BCT on the application of provisional anti-dumping measures to a number of welding products from Malaysia, Thailand and China.

Stainless steel 308 flux-coated welding rod products: Malaysia: 0-12.78%; Thailand: 36,11%; China: 11,43%.

Solid welding wire products: Malaysia: 15,30 - 34,37%; China: 22,77 - 36,56%.

6. Decision to apply official anti-dumping measures

On August 15, 2022, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 1624/QĐ-BCT on the application of official anti-dumping measures to a number of welding products from Malaysia, Thailand and China.

Accordingly, the official anti-dumping measures applied to the investigated goods from Malaysia, Thailand and China are as follows:

Stainless steel 308 flux-coated welding rod products: Malaysia: 0-12.78%; Thailand: 36,11%; China: 11,43%.

Solid welding wire products: Malaysia: 14,11 - 34,37%; China: 22,77 - 36,56%.
