On August 18, 2025, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 2333/QD-BCT to initiate an anti-dumping (AD) investigation into certain ceramic and porcelain tiles originating from the Republic of India.

 

I. Relevant information:

 

1. Initiation date: August 18, 2025

 

2. Goods under investigation: certain ceramic and porcelain tiles under HS codes 6907.21.21; 6907.21.22; 6907.21.23; 6907.21.24; 6907.21.91; 6907.21.92; 6907.21.93; 6907.21.94.

 

3. Petitioner(s): Vitto Corporation, A My Industry JSC, Thang Cuong JSC, Thien Hoang Industry & Technology JSC, Vigalcera Tien Son JSC, TASA Group JSC, Prime Tien Phong JSC, CTH Ceramic JSC, and Hera Industry JSC.
