5. Provisional Anti-Dumping Duty: On April 1, 2025, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision 914/QD-BCT of 2025 on the application of provisional anti-dumping duties on certain coated steel products from China and South Korea. Accordingly, the applicable duty rates for China range from 0 - 37.13%; and for South Korea from 0 - 15.67%.

On April 28, 2025, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision 1207/QD-BCT of 2025 amending and supplementing Decision 914/QD-BCT of 2025 on the application of provisional anti-dumping duties on certain coated steel products from China and South Korea.

6. Official Anti-Dumping Tax: On August 14, 2025, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 2310/QD-BCT on the application of official anti-dumping duties. Accordingly, the highest official anti-dumping duty rates applied are 37.13% for goods originating from China and 15.67% for goods originating from South Korea.
