Colorless Float Glass - Viet Nam Anti-Dumping Investigation (AD22)

On July 18, 2025, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Viet Nam issued Decision No. 2093/QD-BCT to initiate an anti-dumping investigation concerning certain colorless float glass products originating from the Republic of Indonesia and Malaysia.

 

I. Relevant information:

 

1. Initiation date: July 18, 2025

 

2. Goods under investigation: certain colorless float glass products originating from the Republic of Indonesia and Malaysia, classified under HS codes 7005.29.20 and 7005.29.90 

 

3. Petitioner(s): Chu Lai Float Glass Joint Stock Company, Ha Long Float Glass Joint Stock Company, Phu My Ultra Clear Float Glass Co., Ltd., and Vietnam Float Glass Co., Ltd.
