2. Goods under investigation: Medium density fiberboard products originating from the Kingdom of Thailand and the People’s Republic of China, classified under the HS codes 4411.12.00, 4411.13.00, 4411.14.00, 4411.92.00, 4411.93.00, and 4411.94.00 (case code: AD21).

5. Preliminary determination:

On September 05, 2025, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 2491/QĐ-BCT on the imposition of provisional anti-dumping duty (ADD) on certain wood fibreboard products originating from Thailand and China. Provisional ADD rates from Thailand and China are from 2.59% to 39.88%. Validity and Duration of Provisional ADD:

- Effective date: From September 20, 2025 

- Duration: Valid for 120 days from September 20, 2025
