On July 05, 2023, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 1704/QĐ-BCT on the initiation of an anti-dumping investigation on PC strands imported from Malaysia, Thailand, and China (AD17).

I. Relevant information:

1. Initiation date: July 05, 2023

2. Good in investigation: PC strand under HS codes 7312.10.91 and 7312.10.99 originating from Malaysia, Thailand and China.

3. Investigation period:

Investigation period for determining anti-dumping activities: From April 01, 2022 to March 13, 2023.

Investigation period of determining the damages: From January 01, 2021 to March 31, 2023.

4. Petitioner: HOA PHAT PRESTRESSED CONCRETE STEEL ONE MEMBER LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY
