On December 15, 2011, the European Commission made a final ruling of antidumping mid-term review on compressors originating in China, mini compressors which don't have a gasholder and are able to run on 12v source will not be listed within the scope of taxation; the involved products are under EU Combined HS codes ex84144010,ex84148022,ex84148028, and ex84148051.
