On Dec. 28, 2011, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) announced a preliminary anti-dumping and anti-subsidiary ruling that material injuries or material injury threats have been made to Canadian industries by the stainless-steel water troughs originating in China, which are under HS Codes 7324.10.00.11, 7324.10.00.19, 7324.10.00.21, 7324.10.00.29.
