Canadian International Trade Tribunal announced its launch of antidumping (AD) mid-term review investigation on China-made mattress spring assembly so as to confirm whether the involved products will, after the cancel of the antidumping measures, still be sold in Canada and cause material injury to Canadian local industries.
On April 27, 2009, the Canada Border Services Agency launched the antidumping investigation; the involved products are under HS codes 94041000.00, 94042900.00 and 73202090.10.
On December 26, 2009, the Agency made a final antidumping ruling on this case, ruling that the dumping margin of Chinese enterprises is ranging from 0.0% to 147.4%.
On December 7, 2011, the Agency released a notice on launching antidumping mid-term review investigation so as to redefine the normal value and export price of the involved products.
