EU eases anti-dumping sanction against Ningbo fastener makers

EU has published its anti-dumping measures against Chinese fasteners, lowering its anti-dumping duties imposed on certain Chinese companies with an average reduction of 7.1 percent, sources said on Wednesday. The move means EU began to ease its anti-dumping sanctions on Chinese fasteners as some Ningbo manufactures launched a formal complaint about EU’S unfair treatment.

NEW YORK – With multiple investigations already underway in the U.S. and Europe targeting illegal sales to Iran by Chinese telecom giants ZTE and Huawei, reports surfaced in Friday (July 13) that the FBI is now probing whether ZTE sold U.S. computer equipment to Iran in violation of U.S. trade sanctions.
India: DMAI opposes imposition of anti-dumping duty on aniline from EU

The Dyestuffs Manufacturers Association of India (DMAI) has sought the intervention of the finance ministry on the final findings issues by the Designated Authority of Directorate General of Anti-Dumping & Allied Duties (DGAD) in the matter concerning imports of Aniline originating from European Union. In A missive to the finance ministry, DMAI has requested the ministry not to accept the final findings of DGAD. The DMAI argues that some the recommendation made by the association was not considered before taking the final decision.
