India mindful of trading partner China

Indian secretary of the ministry of new and renewable energy Gireesh Pradhan told the Financial Chronicle that the government is maintaining a watchful eye over the anti-dumping and countervailing duties imposed by the US on Chinese manufacturers. However, Pradhan adds that “China is India’s second largest trading partner. Our efforts are to create fair conditions for competition.”
Argentina Takes Interim Anti-dumping on Chinese Single-Phase Alternators

On June 26, 2012, Argentina's foreign-trade authority noticed China's commercial counselor that Argentina has decided to levy a provisional antidumping (AD) duty on single-phase alternating-current generators (Mercosur HS Code 85014019) made in China, excluding those used for industrial sewing machines with brakes and clutches, according to its economic ministerial resolution no. 294 of 2012.

On June 26, 2012, Argentina's foreign-trade authority noticed China's commercial counselor that Argentina has ended an antidumping (AD) probe on paper and cardboards (Mercosur HS Codes 48101389, 48101390, 48101989, 48101990) made in China, Finland, Austria and the U.S. with final antidumping duties imposed at 39.56%, 91%, 98% and 63.51% respectively, according to its economic ministerial resolution no. 298 of 2012.
