The Finance Ministry has imposed definitive anti-dumping duty on flat products of stainless steel imported from South Korea, the European Union and the United States. An anti-dumping duty of $1,491 a tonne will be levied on all imports of flat products of stainless steel (having width below 600 mm) originating in or exported from these countries and imported into India, the revenue department has said.
