U.S. to File W.T.O. Case against China over Cars

The Obama administration plans to file a broad trade case at the World Trade Organization in Geneva on Monday accusing China of unfairly subsidizing its exports of autos and auto parts, a senior administration official said late Sunday, in a move with clear political implications for the presidential elections less than two months away.
Argentina Passes AD Ruling on Vulcanized Rubber Conveyors from Brazil/China

On September 11, 2012, Argentina's state foreign-trade secretariat announced that the Argentine authority has agreed to a preliminary ruling for antidumping (AD) probe on vulcanized rubber conveyor belts from Brazil and China, which are not less than 300mm wide and reinforced with textile materials; and interested parties can submit relevant evidence within 10 workdays from the announcement date.
