On September 19, the Japanese authority gave a notice that it has accepted domestic enterprise petition for extending antidumping (AD) on electrolytic manganese dioxide products from China, South Africa and Spain and that it will decide by the end of October whether to start the expiry review and, if starting the review, will decide within one year whether to extend the antidumping duties.
