There are 12 action programs to help enterprises but these are only indirectassistances. Enterprises themselvesshould set up their own development strategies.
In 2007, ADETEF (France) will do at least 35 activities (training courses, going on businessfor research, seminars, technical assistance) with General Department ofCustoms, State Treasury, General Department of Taxation and Financial Inspection(Vietnam).
