US to continue CVD case on pipes from China and South Korea

The United States International Trade Commission determinedthat there is a reasonable indication that a US industry is materially injuredor threatened with material injury by reason of imports of certain circularwelded carbon quality steel line pipe from China that are allegedly subsidizedand imports of this product from China and Korea that are allegedly sold in theUnited States at less than fair value.
