Pudaily, Shanghai-According to the Article 50 of Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Anti-dumping and decision of the State Council of Tariff Committee, Toluene Diisocyanate (TDI) materials imported from Japan, Korea and America will be levied anti-dumping taxes for another five year, effective from November 21, 2009 in light of the incidence of taxations and rates based on the No.61, 2003; No.115, 2005; No.53, 2006;No.2 2009 and No. 57 2009 promulgated by the Ministry of Commerce.
