The DOC has calculated a final weighted-average dumping margin of zero (0.00) percent for producer, Hunan Valin Xiangtan Iron&Steel Co., Ltd. This compares with the company's current dumping duty deposit rate of the China-wide rate, which is 128.59 percent.
