Turkey initiates expiry review of anti-dumping duties on electrolytic tough-pitch wire-rod

The Turkish Undersecretariat of Foreign Trade, through Communiqué no. 2010/26 published on the 30th of October, initiated an expiry review on anti-dumping duties on copper wire of which the maximum cross-sectional dimension exceeds 6 mm (7408.11) referred to as “electrolytic tough-pitch wire-rod” originating from Russia and Ukraine.
Turkey extends anti-dumping duties on pocket lighters

The Turkish Undersecretariat of Foreing Trade, through Communiqué no. 2010/27 oublished on 31st of October 2010, determined that revoking the existing anti-dumping duties on imports of gas fuelled, refillable pocket lighters (with other ignition systems) originating from the PRC would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping and injury. Duties of 0,05 USD per unit will be imposed for another five years.

The Turkish Undersecretariat of Foreign Trade, through Communiqué no. 2010/29 published on the 30th of October, determined that revoking the existinf anti-dumping duties on imports of slide fasterners originating from the PRC would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping and injury. Duties of 3 USD/kg will be imposed for another five years.
Argentina - Anti-dumping measures on acrylic fiber yarns

The Government of Argentina -by means of Resolution 156/2010- has accepted a voluntary rates commitment proposed by the Brazilian firm Paramount Texteis Indústria e Comércio S.A., in the dumping investigation on imports of acrylic fiber yarns (N.C.M.5509.31.00 and 5509.32.00) from Indonesia and Brazil
