The Turkish Undersecretariat of Foreing Trade, through Communiqué no. 2010/28 published on 31st of October 2010, determined that revoking the existing anti-dumping duties on imports of textile fabrics impregnated, coated, covered or laminated with polyurethane/artificial leathers/others originating from the PRC would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping and injury.
