GENEVA — The WTO is expected Thursday to partly uphold an EU complaint against decades of US state support for aircraft maker Boeing which it is claimed meant billions of dollars in lost sales for rival Airbus.

On March 24, 2011, the EU adopted final ruling of the anti-dumping sunset review into tungsten carbide and fused tungsten carbide from China and continued imposing an anti-dumping duty on relevant products imported from China, the duty rate shall be 33%. The HS Codes of products in question are 28499030 and ex38243000.
