On September 8, 2011, the Government of Argentina determined that the importations of certain footwear from China are circumventing antidumping duties by being declared as originated in Malaysia. Because of the above, the Argentinean authorities resolved to apply an antidumping duty of 13.38 US dollars per pair to the importations of this kind of footwear from Malaysia.

Sept. 20 (Bloomberg) -- The U.S. today complained at the World Trade Organization in Geneva over Chinese anti-dumping and countervailing duties on American poultry products. The request for consultations is the first step in the case, and the U.S. and China must now hold talks for at least two months in a bid to resolve the dispute. New Delhi: The Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI), an agency that is a part of the finance ministry, suspects that some individuals and companies are illegally importing a large volume of pesticides from China—in the process bringing into the country pesticides that are banned in India, or avoiding paying the import duty of 26% on pesticides, a so-called restricted item.
