A critical factor is whether the dumped or subsidized imports are causing injury or retardation or are threatening to cause injury to the Canadian industry. Injury may be shown by:

 

●    reduced prices
●    lost sales
●    impacts on jobs and workers
●    lost market share
●    decreased profits and
●    other such difficulties
