Ukraine set to introduce new antidumping duties on imports from Russia, Belarus and Moldova

Ukraine has decided to introduce antidumping duties on imported cement clinker and Portland cement of 115% for goods originating in Russia, 57 per cent for Belarus and 94.5 per cent for Moldova, according to the Economic Development and Trade Ministry. The duties will reportedly be levied for five years.

Ukraine introduces prohibitive duties on cement from Russia, Belarus, Moldova

The interdepartmental commission for international trade on May 21 decided to introduce antidumping duties on imported cement clinkers and Portland cement in the amount of 114.95 percent for goods originated from the Russian Federation, 57.03 percent for goods from Belarus and 94.46 percent for goods from Moldova, the Economic Development and Trade Ministry has reported on its website.
