Eventhough Vietnamese steel industry has an average growth rate of 18% per year,its scale is still small and dispersed, and its technology remains at fairlyaverage level, which lead to low competitiveness, dependence on outsidemarkets, and unstable price. These damage not only consumers but alsoenterprises. Thus, enhancing the competitiveness of Vietnamese steel industry isboth necessary and urgent.

The exporting turnover of bamboo knitted products increased by 15.7%

In the first 20days of July, the exporting turnover of Vietnamese bamboo knitted productsreached 2.9 million US dollars. It is estimated that in July the exportingturnover of this article would reach 4.4 million US dollars. Thus, in the first7 months of this year, the exporting turnover of Vietnamese bamboo knittedproducts reached 28.7 million US dollars, increased by 15.7% year on year.
