Canadian International Trade Tribunal initiates inquiry Steel Grating from the People’s Republic of China

Ottawa, Ontario, September 21, 2010—The Canadian International Trade Tribunal today initiated a preliminary injury inquiry into a complaint by Fisher & Ludlow, of Burlington, Ontario, that it has suffered injury as a result of the dumping and subsidizing of steel grating from the People’s Republic of China. The Tribunal’s inquiry is conducted pursuant to the Special Import Measures Act as a result of the initiation of a dumping and subsidizing investigation by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA).
