The U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC or Commission) has voted to conduct full five- year ("sunset") reviews concerning the countervailing duty orders on cut-to-length carbon steel plate from India, Indonesia, Italy, and Korea and the antidumping duty orders on cut-to-length carbon steel plate from India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, and Korea (Inv. Nos. 701-TA-388-391 and 731-TA-817-821 (Second Review)).
