ABB Inc., Delta Star Inc. and Pennsylvania Transformer Technologies Inc. have jointly filed an anti-dumping duty petition with the U.S. Department of Commerce and U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC) alleging that "unfairly traded imports of large power transformers [LPTs] with a top rating of 60 MVA or more from Korea are causing material injury to the domestic industry."
