Frozen and canned vegetables - Canada initiates anti-dumping measures

On March 16, 2026, the Department of Trade Defense (Trade Defense) - Ministry of Industry and Trade received information from Viet Nam Trade in Canada about the Canadian International Trade Court (CITT) initiating a self-defense investigation for some frozen and canned vegetables imported from Viet Nam.

Item under investigation: Some vegetables in frozen or canned form such as: corn, peas, green beans and yellow beans, mixed beans and carrots, mixed vegetables and some beans such as white beans, black beans, red beans, pinto beans and chickpeas. under HS codes 0710.21; 0710.22; 0710.40; 0710.80; 0710.90; 2005.40; 2005.51; 2005.59; 2005.80; 2005.99.
