WTO Appoints Chang Seung Wha to Seven-Member Appellate Body

The World Trade Organization appointed Chang Seung Wha, a professor in trade law at Seoul National University, to join its seven-member Appellate Body, South Korea’s Trade Ministry said in an e-mailed statement today.
Chang, a graduate of Harvard Law School, will settle international trade disputes alongside representatives of the U.S., the E.U., China, India, Mexico and South Africa, the ministry said.
