US.Admin-review ruling on Kitchen Metal Racks from China

On October 9, U.S. Department of Commerce announced its preliminary antidumping administrative-review ruling on kitchen-used metal racks/baskets from China, which sets the dumping margin of 0.00% (micro) and subsidy rate of 12.06% onto New King Shan (ZhuHai) Co., Ltd. from China.
On August 27, 2008, the Commerce Department started the antidumping probe under HS Codes 84189980.50, 73219050.00 and 85169080.00.
On July 21, 2009, the Department finally ruled the Chinese dumping margins at 44.77%-95.99%.
