U.S. Revised Two-Anti Rulings on Annular Welded Carbon Steel Pipes from China

On August 30, 2012, the U.S. Department of Commerce announced revision of its antidumping and anti-subsidy final rulings on laminated woven sacks from China (see the table below).

On July 25, 2007, the Department started the anti-subsidy probe on Chinese laminated woven sacks under HS Codes 63053300.50 and 63053300.80.

On June 16, 2008, the Department finally ruled the Chinese dumping margin of 64.28%-91.73% and the Chinese subsidy rates of 29.54%-352.82%.
