US DOC issues final determination in sunset review of clad steel plate from Japan
03/10/2011 12:00
The US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced Thursday the final result of its expedited sunset review of the antidumping duty order on tin mill products from Japan. The Department made an affirmative determination, finding that revocation of this order would be likely to lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping.
The US International Trade Commission (ITC) is conducting a full sunset review of this order, and the ITC will announce the schedule for its review later this year; however, a negative injury determination by the ITC will result in the revocation of an antidumping order, regardless of the DOC's determination.
