On August 3rd 2010, the US Department of Commerce had announced a correction in the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on stainless steel plate in coils from Belgium.
UD DOC said that it made an error in the 'Cash Deposit Requirements' section of the notice, by inadvertently including an incorrect 'All Others' rate for exporters and or manufacturers not covered by the review.
US DOC clarified that specifically, the 'All Others' rate should have been listed as 8.54.
