U.S. appeals part of WTO ruling on dolphin-safe canned tuna labels

The United States is appealing parts of a World Trade Organization ruling that found rules on dolphin-safe labels for canned tuna discriminated against Mexico.
The WTO said it received notice of the U.S. appeal on Friday. The United States said it thought the WTO panel report in the case was based on an incorrect legal interpretation.
