U.S. Admin-Review Ruling on Lined Paper School Supplies from China

On October 9, U.S. Department of Commerce announced its final antidumping administrative-review ruling on lined paper school supplies from China, which sets 258.21% as the dumping margin of Chinese enterprises (including Leo's Quality Products Co., Ltd./Denmax Plastic Stationery Factory) and removes Shanghai Lian Li Paper Products Co., Ltd. from this administrative review.
On October 6, 2005, the Commerce Department started the antidumping probe under HS Codes 48201020.20, 48201020.30, 48201020.40, 48201020.50, 48201020.60, 48102250.44, 48119090.90 and 48201020.10.
On August 31, 2006, the Department finally ruled the Chinese dumping margins at 78.39%-258.21%.
