U.S. Admin-Review Ruling on China Steel-Wire Hangers

On November 8, U.S. Department of Commerce announced a final ruling for its third antidumping administrative review on steel wire hangers from China, setting 0.00% as the dumping margins of Shanghai Wells Hanger Co., Ltd. and Hong Kong Wells Limited and 187.25% as Chinese general margin.
The Commerce Department started the antidumping probe in September 2007 and finally ruled in August 2008 the antidumping duties at 15.44%-186.98% on the Chinese products;
On November 30, 2011, the Department started its third administrative review on the case.
