U.S. Admin-Review Ruling on China Air-Condition Stop Valves

On November 9, U.S. Department of Commerce announced a final ruling for its second antidumping administrative review on air-conditioning stop valves from China, setting 0.00% as the dumping margins of Zhejiang DunAn Hetian Metal Co. Ltd. and Zhejiang Sanhua Co., Ltd.
The Commerce Department started the antidumping probe in April 2008 under HS Codes 84818010.95 and 84159080.85, and finally ruled in March 2009 Chinese dumping margins at 12.95%-55.62%;
On May 27, 2011, the Department started its second administrative review on the case.
