U.S. Admin-Review Ruling on China Activated Carbons

On November 9, U.S. Department of Commerce announced a finalruling for its fifth antidumping administrative review on activated carbonsfrom China, shown below:

The Commerce Department started the antidumping probe inApril 2006 under HS Code 38021000, and finally ruled in March 2007 Chinesedumping margins at 62.08%-228.11%;
On May 27, 2011, the Department started its fifthadministrative review on the case.
