Ukraine stopped antidumping import duties for Russian ammonium nitrate

The Interdepartmental committee of international trade of Ukraine declared about the stoppage of activity of the antidumping measures concerning the imports of Russian ammonium nitrate to Ukraine for three-month term (the decree of the committee #AD – 224/2010/4403-47).
According to the investigation of the committee, the national interests of Ukraine changed, and to date, it is important to stop the activity of antidumping measures for imports of Russia ammonium nitrate.
The decree takes effect from the date of the official promulgation on January 19, 2010.
