The Ministry of Industrial Policy of Ukraine will not introduce quotas for fertilizer exports, Vladimir Novizkiy, the Minister of Industrial Policy, said on September 19.
Further, the domestic market has somewhat higher prices for fertilizers and farmers hope to see prices decrease, including by forced measures, stated the Minister. That is why both the Ministry of Industrial Policy and the Ministry of Economics do not plan to impose quotas. Yet, at the same time, Ukraine will not lessen anti-dumping duties on Russian ammonium nitrate.
