Turkey Takes Anti-dumping on Diesel Engines from China & India

On August 3, 2012, Turkey started an antidumping (AD) probe into China- and India-made compression ignition engines (diesel or semi-diesel engines) not more than 15 KW, under HS Code 8408.90.41.90.00.
Reportedly, Turkey preliminarily chooses the value of the India-made engines as the normal value of the China-made ones.
