Turkey Initiates Expiry Reviews on Flooring and Air-conditioners

The Turkish Undersecretariat of Foreign Trade, through Communiqué no. 2011/9 published on the 2nd of June 2011, initiated an expiry review on anti-dumping duties on pre-finished engineered laminated flooring - floating or not – (4418.72) originating from P.R.China and Indonesia.

The current duties consist of 35% of CIF price for PRC originated products, while 25% of CIF price for products originating from Indonesia.

The Turkish Undersecretariat of Foreign Trade, through Communiqué no. 2011/10 published on the 2nd of June 2011, initiated an expiry review on anti-dumping duties on wall-type split air-conditioners and their indoor/outdoor units originating from P.R.China.

Interested parties may register themselves within 37 days from the issuance of the Communiquè.
