The U.S. Non-injury Ruling on Chinese Steel Wheel Hubs

On April 17, 2012, the United States International Trade Commission (USITC) announced that a U.S. industry is not materially injured or threatened with material injury by reason of imports of steel wheel hubs from China that the U.S. Department of Commerce has determined are subsidized and dumped in the U.S.
All six Commissioners voted in the negative.
As a result of the negative determinations, no antidumping or anti-subsidy duty orders will be issued on such imports from China.
On April 19, 2011, the Department launched the double-anti probe under HS Codes:

On March 23, 2012, the Department finally ruled anti-dumping duties 44.96%-193.54% and anti-subsidy duties 25.66%-46.59% on Chinese enterprises involved.
All six Commissioners voted in the negative.
