The U.S. Makes Final Ruling of Anti-Dumping Review on Trichloro-isocyanuric Acid from China

On November 17, 2010, an announcement from the U.S. Department of Commerce said that the Department made a final ruling of anti-dumping review on trichloro-isocyanuric acid originating in China, judging the dumping margin of the involved enterprise, Hebei Jiheng Chemical Co., Ltd, was 2.66%.
On June 10, 2004, the U.S. Department of Commerce initiated anti-dumping investigation into imported sym-closene acid from China, the HS code of involved products referred to 29336960.15, 29336960.21 and 29336960.50. On May 10, 2005, the U.S. Department of Commerce made a final ruling of anti-dumping on this case, judging the dumping margin of China's involved enterprises ranged from 75.78% to 285.63%. On July 29, 2009, the U.S. Department of Commerce initiated the 4th anti-dumping review investigation into this case. On May 14, 2010, the U.S. Department of Commerce made a preliminaryruling of administrative review on this case, judging the dumping margin of involved enterprises from China as 11.65%.
