The U.S. AD Sunset-Review Injury Ruling on Chinese Spring Washers

On November 3, 2011, the U.S. International Trade Commission announced that cancellation of anti-dumping (AD) measures on spring washers originating in Chinese mainland and Taiwan would cause continuation or reoccurrence of the injury to relevant U.S. industries in a foreseeable period.
According to the final ruling, the U.S. will continue the anti-dumping measures on Chinese spring washers.
