The EU Made Final Ruling for Anti-Dumping Sunset Review on China-Made Plywood

On February 2, 2011, the EU made final ruling for the anti-dumping sunset review into plywood originating in China, continuing the anti-dumping duty on such Chinese products. The specific duty rates are shown in the following table. Products in question are under the EU HS Code of ex44121310.
In August 2003, the EU initiated an anti-dumping registration investigation into the plywood originating in China; in May 2004, The EU made affirmative final ruling on this case; and in November 2009, the EU conducted an anti-dumping sunset review registration investigation into China-made plywood.
